Thank You, FLVS Friends! We appreciate you, our parents, students, staff and, Friends of Florida Virtual School for your overwhelming and passionate support as you advocated for Florida Virtual School during Florida's 2011 legislative session.

Please continue to inform your legislators about FLVS and how it has impacted your life. Because you contacted your Senators and Representatives:

FLVS will remain as a choice for ALL Florida Students - public, private, and homeschool.
All incoming ninth graders (class of 2015) will be required to complete an online course before graduation.
Fourth and Fifth grade students may accelerate by taking FLVS middle school courses during their regular school day.
Florida Virtual Full Time can now serve students in Kindergarten through grade 12 directly. Students in grades two through five must have been enrolled in a public school the year prior.
